SERVICE & REPAIRS

We have a full time Service Manager and a well stocked Service department capable of SMT level repair and testing on any of the products we distribute whether in or out of warranty.   End-users may take the product back to the dealer where the product was purchased  or contact our Service department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization

WARRANTY INFORMATION

We honour all our manufacturer’s warranties, however, the warranty contract is between customer and manufacturer.  Contact accepts no liability for warranty disputes including warranties voided by customer action whether or not intentional. Only products purchased in Canada from an Authorized Dealer in Canada will be covered for warranty repair by Contact Distribution. If a product originates from a US dealer or  a US Internet site, that warranty is VOID in Canada.

***Please note:  Countryman products purchased from Contact Distribution may be returned here for repair.  Customers DO NOT have to return product direct to Countryman in the USA, thus eliminating the inconvenience of international shipping, customs paperwork & prepayment of any charges by Countryman.
