Contact Distribution Ltd. was founded in 1988 to address the needs of professional audio users by providing a level of support above the mean of the industry.
Contact Distribution Ltd. prides itself on being professional audio specialists offering technical support and product application assistance for their network of authorized dealers which range from retailers and installation contractors to the nation's production companies. From our inception we have strategically chosen manufacturers whose position is "best of brand" with the desire to offer our customers a complete portfolio of front-end to back-end solutions. Equally if not more important than the products are the people that are associated with the products both on the manufacturer’s side and on our side. Our staff is passionate about audio technology and all that it offers those who come in contact with it. No product that we’ve shipped has ever been considered trivial. We get involved with all levels of the projects if possible to insure the completion of the sale. Fortunately this involvement results in a relationship of trust with the designers, the contractors and inevitably the end-user. To build long term support for the product lines we represent, we fundamentally believe mutual commitment is the key and to do so we encourage close contact between our clients and our manufacturers.
We have a 32 year history of excellence and are proud to say that we’ve been involved in most of the nation’s iconic audio and video installations working alongside the best this country has, as well as many projects in the United States where we’ve instigated a design through Canadian consultants. We specifically address the needs and possibilities of all the viable different professional markets in both installed and live event production. As a true distributor we have developed a network of authorized resellers that represent the best services to the end user. Our position is always that of technical support for the end-user in conjunction with our dealers. We are focused on our specialties and do not distribute lighting, MI instruments or other products outside our expertise.
