Contact Distribution's Service Department will repair any products we represent if purchased from an Authorized Dealer in Canada, whether in or out of warranty


End-users may take the product back to the dealer where the product was purchased  or

contact our Service department to request a Return Merchandise Authorization

We have a full time Service Manager and a well stocked Service department capable of SMT level repair and testing on any of the products we distribute.


We honour all our manufacturer’s warranties, however, the warranty contract is between customer and manufacturer.  Contact accepts no liability for warranty disputes including warranties voided by customer action whether or not intentional. Only products purchased in Canada from an Authorized Dealer in Canada will be covered for warranty repair by Contact Distribution. If a product originates from a US dealer or  a US Internet site, that product must be returned to the US to be covered under warranty.


Please note:  Countryman products purchased from Contact Distribution may be returned here for repair.  Customers DO NOT have to return product direct to Countryman in the USA, thus eliminating the inconvenience of international shipping, customs paperwork & prepayment of any charges by Countryman.




1. Please contact our Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization Number.


2. The customer is responsible for delivery of warranty item to Contact’s Service department.  The item must be sent freight prepaid and packaged appropriately to avoid shipping damage. Items repaired under warranty will be returned prepaid ground by Contact Distribution via a common carrier of our choice.  It is the responsibility of the customer to advise Contact if extra shipping insurance is required.  If insurance is requested, it will be at the customer’s expense

Please beware that there are companies on the Internet who misrepresent themselves as being authorized dealers while they are not.


To insure that you receive full value for your investment, please consider the following:

• Verify that the company you are dealing with is an authorized dealer.

• Most products are warranted only in the country in which they are purchased.

• We have been receiving increasing reports of customers who have purchased products without serial numbers. Please be aware that we cannot warranty any products without serial numbers as we have no way of knowing if they are legitimate, counterfeit or stolen.

• Some units with serial numbers may also be fakes. If in doubt, contact us with the serial number and the dealer name and we can confirm whether or not it is an authorized product that can be covered under warranty.
