Bill Coons President/Director of Sales The duties of the Director of Sales are divided between Sales Administration, Marketing and Major Project/Product Development. Bill deals mainly with consultants and the manufacturers we represent. |

As well as Administration, Linda takes care of all the Financial Aspects of Contact including Accounts Payable, pricing, customs and Sales Analysis. |

Scott Hardie International Operations Manager
Purchasing, Order Entry, Inventory Control and Product Flow Coordination. Scott is responsible for Inside Sales Support and first level technical support with the mandate to make interaction with suppliers efficient and straight-forward. |

Grant Ritchie Service Manager
Proficient in analogue and digital technology and service applications. Grant's additional responsibilities cover all aspects of dealer/end-user technical supports, as well as in-house project engineering. |

Lori Murray Administrative Support
Responsible to all departments. Main duties include reception, new dealer applications and credit approvals, accounts receivables, literature requests.

Jason Cooper Warehouse Coordinator
